You never create an account and nothing is asked for. Both sides of the tool work the same way for everyone.
Session-only progress
Your answers and feedback stay in this browser tab and disappear when you close it. Rhopē has no saved-progress database; AI processing and request logs are described below.
Names removed before analysis
Speaker names at the start of each transcript line are replaced with "Speaker" before anything is analysed, and personal and company names are removed from the questions we return.
What is kept
Two small things outlast your visit. Investor questions found in transcripts and spoken practice are added, without names, to a shared anonymous question bank so practice keeps improving — never your answers, company or founder type. Your browser also remembers that you have seen the audit welcome guide, so it does not appear every time. Your language choice is kept in a session cookie.
Gender never guessed
Founder type comes only from the private slot list staff enter before the day. The AI is never asked to infer it, and nothing about gender is said in the room.
When you ask for analysis or coaching, your text is sent to Lovable AI for processing. Live voice sends microphone audio to the voice service during your call; Rhopē does not record it. Answers and feedback remain in this tab only. Lovable AI may retain request logs according to the workspace’s settings.
Microphone and outside services
The microphone is only used after you press a button to start speaking, and stops when you press Stop or Finish. Your browser asks for permission first; you can say no and type instead. Recordings are never saved.
Rhopē sends text to these services to do its work: Lovable AI (coaching, feedback, transcription, live voice and analysis) and Perplexity (web search for investors and local funding sessions). Each request is limited per visitor to prevent misuse. Your rights under GDPR apply; because Rhopē holds no personal data about you after your visit, there is nothing to delete or export.
Investor matching and local funding-session searches use Perplexity web search and Lovable AI. Local searches send only the town or city and country you enter, your sector and your stage — not your name, company name or pitch. Results remain in this tab; searches use workspace credits. Booking and contact links open the organisation’s own website, where its privacy terms apply. Rhopē does not book or confirm appointments.
