Two sides of the story
Research shows that men and women pitch differently, ask for different things, and are judged through investors’ unconscious bias. We coach the negative societal norms out of the pitch and the structural bias out of the panel.
No blame
No investor is named and no one is judged on a single day. We are addressing structural inequality, not blaming individuals, which is why all panels are anonymous.
Patterns, not people
One panel is a conversation starter. Recorded across many, a pattern appears: who is asked about risk, and who is asked about growth. Naming that pattern and giving mindful feedback to investors is how the system changes.
